Directory and marketplace
TOPRO helps project owners discover professionals and exchange project information and proposals. Profiles, approvals and search results are provided to support comparison; they are not a guarantee of a professional's availability, suitability, licensing status or work.
User responsibilities
You must use TOPRO lawfully and respectfully. You must not submit misleading information, infringe another person's rights, attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls or upload harmful material.
Projects and professional services
Any agreement for professional services is between the project owner and the selected professional. Each party is responsible for checking scope, qualifications, registrations, insurance, pricing and contractual terms before work begins.
Intellectual property
TOPRO and its original website content, branding and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant TOPRO permission to store, display and process it as needed to provide the service.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep TOPRO accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that all information will always be complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, TOPRO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or dealings between users.
