I first contacted Kevin in September 2023 and from the word go he has been great to deal with. We had quite a few challenges and hold ups but Kevin kept me updated regularly. He was most conscious of costs and tried to keep these as low as possible without compromising on the work. As of today 6 May 2025 we are at the final stage of waiting for the titles. I can't recommend Kevin and his team highly enough. No problem was too hard to overcome and although some delays it was waiting on govenrment departments to get things moving. We recently completed a land subdivision project, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible service and expertise provided by Kevin (Zenith Surveys). From day one, they were proactive, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Our subdivision came with its fair share of complications—particularly delays surrounding the open space contribution process and unexpected hold-ups from Western Power. Well finally today our project is finally finished and all I can say is that Kevin has been a solid supporter all the way through this subdivision. Not an easy project in Thornlie ,one he won’t forget for sure ,the bending and flexing needed for Gosnells council was let’s say a nightmare but Kevin just adjusted and marched on through . I cannot praise Kevin enough ,he handled me (not an easy feat says my hubby ) when we hit the hard point so well that it just kept on going . I love the whole team he has together from day one and they are such great workers you would not find better. The fact we had to revisit a few things I was amazed at how they all came together and just got it done ! Do not ever think you can do a sub division on your own ,unless you are well versed in all things required just don’t go there ,let the professionals deal with it ,money well spent I say ! It’s been a process for sure but I sit here today super proud of where we have arrived with an amazing company supporting us all the way and that is what you need from a company and Kevin is 100% the go to for any subdivision..
