For Gaurav Batra - If you’re looking for a sales associate who genuinely goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend this team member highly enough. From the very first interaction, he was incredibly helpful, always willing to answer my questions—no matter how small or complicated. His responsiveness is absolutely top-notch; emails and messages were returned promptly (even when he is on new year trip!) and I never felt like I was left waiting or chasing up for information. What really stood out, though, was his willingness to travel all the way out to our site for meetings. Our location is a good hour drive from his normal office location, yet he made the trip without any complaints, always arriving with a positive attitude and a readiness to get stuck in. It was clear he wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly and that all our needs were met face-to-face. This kind of personal touch is rare these days and made a massive difference to the process. But perhaps the most impressive thing was his dedication. There was a time when our project needed attention during a period when the associate was technically on leave.
