Buildspect conducted a Completion Stage report for us, prior to us going to settlement on a new house. Although we thought we had done a reasonable job during our personal walkthrough, the Buildspect inspection was thorough and detailed. Buildspect found over 50 items that were non-compliant to the building code, and cited the building code reference and photographed all issues. Compared to the cost of fixing the issues ourselves, and the protracted arguments that could have arisen with the builder, the cost of the report was worth every cent. At every step of the way, Buildspect were very clear
