If you want intelligence, honesty, a lifetime of experience of working in the planning minefield game for a great price, you cant go past Cliff. I was ripped off by some of his competitors who supply drip feed endless invoices, that on

I have been working with CDC for just under a year now for a residential subdivision. Initially I started with Cliff and his honesty, transparency and the thoroughness of his work blew me away. I have since been working with Belinda and I cannot recommend her more highly. She was extremely efficient, communication was always on point and she just went above and beyond. Due to council issues it was such a stressful process at times but CDC made it so effortless. They were also very reasonably priced compared to others. Cliff was very honest from the outset saying I could find someone cheaper or more expensive but that he came with a wealth of experience and knowledge. He was 100% right. Would not trust anyone else for further developments. You are in amazing hands.
