Chris was an excellent communicator right from our initial meeting. Communication was especially important to us because there needed to be some mutual trust give the uncertainty of progressing with a major project during covid. He made sure we were clear on the scope of works, advised us of potential issues that might arise and gave us good advice throughout the whole process. He finished ahead of schedule. The only changes to the budget were ones initiated by us and he was at all times flexible with us making necessary variations. The quality of the work is excellent and the team of employees, and subcontractors that he used, were skilled, professional, and pleasant.
