He was an exceptional communicator, provided helpful and sensible advice, and went above and beyond the call of duty on both. He helped us avert a potential disaster on a property we were being pushed into going to contract on by our buyer's agent. With that property, the building was so non-compliant that Craig said he wouldn't charge us the pest report component because it wasn't worth the bother. In going beyond the call of duty, Craig revisited the home he did the first building report on, to check the status of it during a heavy downpour and then sent us photos and video. Absolute legend.
