I whole heartedly recommend Will at WRC to anyone who requires a tax depreciation report for an investment property. Will's report provided, offers an exceptional level of detail and clarity, making it a highly valuable resource for investment property owners

Why I chose WRCQS: - Most competitive price out of all competitors, no hidden charges, easy payment. - Offered customised tax depreciated scheduled based on my requirements. - Property was inspected in-person, instead of a desktop/online review that competitors opt to do. - Local, family-owned business which I prefer to support over bigger corporations. - Website was transparent on the process and offers (at this time of posting) after sales support promising a lifetime of FREE updates to my reports for any minor works. What I liked: - Single point of contact, and no 'bs' or spam. - Fantastic assessment results allowing for sizeable tax deductions. What I didn't like: - Turnaround Time: Much to my surprise based on other glowing reviews, turnaround time for the agreed-upon set of reports (in the specified format) was very slow. From the date of inspection, it took 24 business days to receive the requested reports. The website says to expect a 7-business day turnaround from inspection to receiving reports, and even with reasonable grace time I think I received my reports very late. - Communication/Updates: Throughout the long turnaround time I experienced, I was the only one following up and asking for updates... only after which I'd get a response. If a lengthy delay is expected, it should be good practise to advise customers of this so they can at least plan accordingly. My personal tax affairs were delayed due to this process. Moving forward: - I recommend WRCQS to be proactive about communicating with customers, especially if delays are expected/experienced. Even better if estimated turnaround times were advised and (reasonably) adhered to. Reason/s for delays are not expected but would be nice to know (within reason) for transparency so we can at least be at easy knowing our reports aren't forgotten. - I will update this review based on any future experiences with WRC
