I was recommended to use Peter Saddler and Associates by my accountant in order to obtain a Tax Depreciation Schedule for an investment property. After filling out the online inquiry form, Damien responded promptly with some follow-up questions. I gave him a desired time frame and the contact details of my property manager, and the rest took care of itself! Damien worked with the agent to gain access to the property for an inspection and then completed the Schedule for me within about two weeks (even with the Easter public holidays

We have used Peter Saddler and Associates for a number of Depreciation schedules for rental properties in Brisbane. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Whatever they charge you will be next to nothing compared to the tax refund you get from using their depreciation schedule. They are so professional, very efficient in their dealings and Damien is awesome. They inspect your property and type up the full schedule for use by your accountant or yourself if you are a self preparer. We have used other companies in the past, but Peter Saddler is the best we have experienced.
