Steve and Narelle were fantastic to deal with. Narelle was very pleasant on the phone, efficient with her communication and booked our inspection promptly. Then we met Steve. Wow, what a legend. So very thorough. He inspected the property with a fine tooth comb and provided a very comprehensive report. I have dealt with Building and Pest inspectors previously but all pale in comparison to Steve's attention to detail. As part of the inspection, Steve also had Damien carry out the pest inspection. Once again, so very thorough. They were each there for over 3 hours. We had both reports through on a Friday night within a couple of hours of the inspection being completed. On top of this, Steve then phoned us to ensure we had the report and asked if we had any questions. If you want to ensure the property you are buying is up to scratch, Steve is your guy.
