I found myself in a building dispute with my builder. I used Cook & Kelly to prepare an expert evidence report. They inspected the site and prepared a report all in the space of 2 weeks. When I got the report it was much more comprehensive than I was expecting it to be. They had strong arguments and didn't cut any corners. I am absolutely at the angles they took to defend the claims. The report was almost 40 pages long. I've seen other "expert witness reports" and they were just a bunch of photos and cut and paste. Not these guys. These guys don't muck around.
