I had a genuinely pleasant experience at the City of Canada Bay Council office when I visited for JP services. I wasn’t sure if they had any slots available on that day, but a friend encouraged me to give them a call, mentioning that the staff there are quite friendly, and they absolutely were! When I called, the person on the phone was polite, respectful, and reassuring. After understanding what I needed, they encouraged me to drop by so the documents could be signed. Upon arriving, I noticed that the reception had moved to a slightly different location, but the signage was clear and easy to follow. What stood out most was the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by name and asked if I was there for the document signing. That small gesture made a big impression. The JP and the team at reception handled everything with a professional, helpful attitude and genuine smiles. The entire process was smooth, respectful, and efficient. I left feeling grateful and impressed. Kudos to the team at reception. Your exceptional service really made my day.
