Hi Everyone I called Thai to get some information regarding a small renovation at my house converting the 3 bedroom to 4 bedroom house. Thai was very precise, accurate and informative. Following his instructions I came to know that I need no approval from DA office, whereas, at the same time another certifying company asked me to pay more than $4000 to get the project certified. I think the above business is honest wh
